Paper Bead Hoop Beading Blank (Rhonda Hoops)

14K Gold plated Stainless Steel or Brass?
outer diameter: between 47mm to 48mm, inner diameter 42mm

Hoop Beading Blank - These are at the bottom of the spreadsheet. I am not sure if the final material was stainless steel or brass because it says stainless steel on the techpack and the PO but the pricing sheet and an old email by Clare said they were brass.

The pricing has been written for a pair ($4.20) although the PO listed the price for each earring ($2.10).
I am not sure which supplier it is so I have asked Pan Pan and Xiao Yan because the earrings are the same as was used on the linesheet but without the beads. If they reply with the supplier in the group chat, that should be the correct supplier to add to the shopify.
